Common Questions

How do I check my application status?
Log in to your member dashboard and check the Application Status section. You'll see real-time updates as your application moves through review. If you don't have an account, submit a support ticket with your application reference number.
How do I log continuing education (CE) hours?
Sign in to your member dashboard and use the CE Tracker. Log any qualifying activity — courses, workshops, conferences, self-study, or mentorship. Activities are reviewed by the ICONIC Board team within 5–7 business days.
When does my credential expire?
ICONIC credentials are valid for 2 years from the issue date. You'll receive renewal reminder emails at 90 and 30 days before expiry. Renewal requires submitting updated CE hours and a membership dues.
Can I use my ICONIC credential internationally?
Yes. ICONIC credentials are publicly verifiable at iconicboard.health/verify and include QR code and blockchain verification. Your credential is recognized by ICONIC Verified Partner organizations globally.

ICONIC Board credentials are professional and educational credentials. They do not constitute a government license, confer legal scope of practice, or qualify holders to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. ICONIC Board is editorially and operationally independent of all training providers. It shares ownership with ICONIC Academy, an education publisher; Academy programs carry no weight toward any ICONIC credential, are not a prerequisite for any credential, and are not considered in Board review. The Board recognizes no school’s programs, including the Academy’s. The Board maintains its own examination, ethics, and conduct standards.
